Deborah Frisch: The Saga Continues
Apparently Deborah Frisch, moonbat troll from hell, has not availed herself of the psychiatric treatment she so urgently requires.
When last we left Ms. Frisch, she had been forced to resign her position as instructor in the Psychology Department at the University of Arizona after threatening a conservative blogger's two-year-old child with sexual abuse and death.
Deborah Frisch Timeline brings us up to date on what she's been doing since. First, she went back to harassing Jeff Goldstein of Protein Wisdom by posting obscene comments and sending dirty emails. This harassment continued even after a restraining order was issued. Frisch suggested she would leave Goldstein and his child alone if she was "financially compensated."
She then began harassing other bloggers, for example with a phony suicide note. Soon after, she was arraigned on stalking charges. She continued to stalk and harass via the Internet, posting deranged, profanity-laced comments on conservative sites and dragging opponents' children into the fray.
Last April her insanity crossed over into the physical world when she disrupted a talk at the University of Oregon on preventing HPV in young women. Frisch opposed vaccinating women against the virus because "an equally effective way to wipe out cervical cancer would be to neuter the boys." A couple months later, campus security had to eject her for publicly harassing a preacher.
Her online hijinks continue. For example, she has posted comments on various blogs ridiculing those who prayed for the victims of the Virginia Tech shootings, publicly fantasized about terrorist attacks on major American landmarks and assassinations of presidential candidates, and repeatedly violated court orders by harassing people over the Internet.
Apparently she has been falsely claiming to have secured employment at the University of Oregon for the fall term. Although she has so far managed to avoid jail time for ignoring court orders to leave people alone, her future does not look bright.
The Deborah Frisch story isn't over yet, but already its lesson is clear: Mothers, don't let your babies grow up to be moonbats.

The latest in the traveling loon circus is the good Dr. posting the work information of one of Jeff Goldstein's guest posters on her website, which will prompt another round of legal challenges.
In addition Jeff is talking about either suspending Protein Wisdom or closing it completely as Frisch has started harassing him anew.
What a world...

there are a group of us who have been doing battle with the same vile troll for a year and a half now - he/she/it is one sick puppy.
tell me when or if anybody knows of a rightwing, conservative blogger who can be known by the same tactics the left uses - just one!
this should show the world who the civilized are.

Especially noteworthy --- Debbie Frisch is a professor of PSYCHOLOGY ... and her specialization is in decision-making processes.
I only wish I were kidding about that.

I don't doubt you a bit. I frequently have said that I never met a psychologist or psychiatrist who wasn't as nutty or nuttier than his/her alleged "patients".

We have been following the antics of Dr. Frisch for a year now, first at DHD and now at Teh Squeaky Wheel.
I am one of her favorite targets. I can't figure out why, I always pwn her so hard that she wishes I didn't pwn her so hard...

The sad part is that her deterioration has been quite visible.
She used to show up at one blog where I commented (but did not post) fairly regularly, probably because it was run by an economist.
She was quite obnoxious, but not to the point of trolling. She also didn't leave "phuqing" messages nor "jox" about dead children and the like.
But when she showed up at Goldstein's, it wasn't hard to recognize the name.
And that was where she clearly left the rails.
I'd guess that this was probably around the time of breaking up w/ a significant other---whether that was the cause of all this, or whether there's a deeper cause that links to both the break-up and the insanity, only her doctors (if she has any) can know.
It's also interesting how she'll go quiet, if only for a little while---and then come back w/ more vitriol than ever. Makes you wonder if she goes on medication briefly, or incarceration, or some kind of treatment that keeps her away from her computer?

I think it is obvious that it is just a matter of time before she escalates to actual violence in some form. Then people will be talking about "warning signs" and looking to the legal system that did far too little. By the way I'm surprised G isn't here to defend her right to free speech against the evil neo-cons.
