With Friends Like These…
Jewish support for the abomination known as the Democrat Party gets more puzzling with every vote. When Mike Pence (R-IN) introduced an amendment to a foreign aid bill prohibiting groups that deny Israel's right to exist from getting cash handouts at American taxpayers' expense, 30 of his fellow Representatives voted against it. Of these, 27 were Democrats, including liberal favorites Dennis Kooksinitch (D-OH), John Dingleberry (D-MI), and unsurprisingly, our celebrated first Muslim Congressman, Keith Ellison (D-MN).
On a tip from Byron.

Keith 'Jihad' Ellison was in the nays. No surprise there.
A sizable contingent of the Congresional Black Caucus voted against it. Carson, Cleaver, Christensen, Clay, Cold Cash Jefferson, Johnson, Kilpatrick, Waters, and Watt.
Patrick Kennedy voted against it. No surprise there, except that he sobered up long enough to vote.
Jihad Jim McDermott voted against it. Allah Akhbar!
I'm curious about the three Repubs. Wayne Gilchrest is a RINO whackjob, so no surprise there. Ray Lahood is of Lebanese ancestry, so, okay I can see it. But Walter Jones I don't get.

The modern Jewish - Left alliance will go down in the history books, years from now, as one of the - if not "the" - crucial miscalculations, and strategic errors based on naive and vestigial idealism, in the history of Judaism.
The natural alliance is between Arab jihadists and leftwingers. As is playing out every day, more and more. Jews have totally missed the boat on where their alliances should be and who their friends are. Their current "friends" are marching in Hizb'allah rallies across college campuses and calling for "resistance to occupation". Which leaves left-leaning Jews in the sorrowful and pathetic position of having to be self-loathing anti-Zionists in order to fit in, exactly what many of them have become.
Conservative Jews, on the other hand, are surrounded by people who believe what they believe, and want to defend what they feel should be defended.
It is time for Jews to break with the left.

Actually, maybe that OT should have been, "Rick Santorum, Right Once Again."

I'm an Orthodox Jew and I broke with the Democrats
a long time ago. Many others did as well, but not
enough, sadly. I don't know where their brains are.

It's not just that. Look, I'm not one of those "end times" nuts, but for the past ten years of so, American seems to have gone completely APE SHIT CRAZY!
It scares me!

More on Europe going straigh to hell: blame rape on global warming (but don't notice that the immigrant rapists genuinely think it's not wrong because "Swedish women are all whores anyway").

Most Jews are secularists and many are outright atheist. They couldn't care less what happens to Israel and their personal philosophies reflect leftist causes. Orthodox like Michael are rare. Messianic Jews are even rarer.
