Global Warming Causing Plague of Cats

Now will you finally agree with the Goracle that industrialized civilization cannot be allowed to continue? Global warming has been blamed for a plague of cats.

According to Pets Across America, warmer, shorter winters cause cats to breed more by extending the breeding season.

If true, it once again goes to show: life likes warmth. No wonder Culture of Death progressives regard a slight warming trend as an apocalyptic nightmare.

Because, of course, Animal Shelter directors also do double duty as highly trained climatologists. And there could be no more logical explanation, such as less humans spaying and neutering their pets, or one of the three local pet rescue shelters have shut down in town.

No way, this must be global warming. Despite the mildest spring in 20 years.

Taranto at BOTW fact-checked the story: "We were wondering just how much global temperatures went up between 2005 and 2006, so we checked with NASA. It turns out the average global temperature actually declined by 0.09 degrees centigrade. Maybe the cats had to go into heat to keep warm."

What a waste. Don't use an M1911 when the same job can be done with a .22, and with a lot less mess.

Why would anyone believe NASA when we've got Pets Across America?

I propose the hypothesis that the world cat population drives global warming. After pouring over all the cat data I've created a cat computer climate model which shows that the world's climate has changed as the cat population has increased and decreased over the last 1200 years. During the Small Ice Age the household cat population was only 27% that of today. In fact, the world has never had such a large population of household cats as today. As anyone can see cats are a driver of climate change.

Looks more like a Beretta or clone to me. Still too much gun, although, my black tom would probably take it off me and use it on me.
