WMD Found

The authorities have uncovered something that officially qualifies as a weapon of mass destruction: a homemade bomb loaded with two pounds of nails.

Why would this qualify as an WMD and not the sarin and mustard gas that have turned up in Iraq? Because the nail bomb was found in Texas, where a psycho had tried using it to blow up an abortion clinic.
