NPR Frets That Gay "Marriage" Will Make Homosexuality Less Trendy

What's going to happen to homosexuals when Dems get the leverage to make gay "marriage" legal throughout the country? Will being mainstreamed cause them to lose their edge and cease to be cooler than the rest of us? A sympathetic NPR frets over their predicament:
Three years after gay marriage become legal in Massachusetts, gays and lesbians, who have come to think of themselves as counter-cultural and unconventional, are now being seen as part of the mainstream. [At least by NPR —ed] […] Some in the gay community see marriage as a sell-out and say gay culture will lose its edge.
