German State Won't Pay For Toupees
Socialism has suffered a slight setback in Germany, where a court ruled that bald men have no right to state-funded hairpieces. Women and children get "long-term hair replacement support," but men will just have to wear hats or buy their own toupees.
German taxpayers remain on the hook for trips to spa resorts, breast implants, etc.

OK, if I have this right, some guy that is bald can't get some hair put on his head but he could get a couple of breast implants bolted onto his cranium, courtesy of the German taxpayers? I say "Go for it", because people will not notice that you're bald if you've got a good rack on top of your noggin. You might even find that people make better eye contact with you too.
