First They Came After Cats and Dogs
Maybe I shouldn't find this terrifying — but I do. California is on the verge of passing legislation written by Democrat Assemblyman Lloyd Levine of Van Nuys that would mandate the sterilization of virtually every dog and cat in the state by the age of four months.
In true Orwellian fashion, the bill is called the California Healthy Pets Act. It generously allows exceptions for the following:
- Purebred dogs and cats whose owners obtain a permit
- Dogs who work as guide dogs, service dogs, or signal dogs
- Dogs who are used by law enforcement agencies for law enforcement or rescue activities
- Dogs and cats whose veterinarian determines that due to age, poor health, or illness it is unsafe to spay or neuter them
- Non-resident show dogs and dogs brought into the state for exhibition
All other cats and dogs get sterilized, or the owner gets fined.
Environmentalists have made it clear they want the human population reduced to a small percentage of what it is now. How long before humans are undergoing forced sterilizations in the name of the imaginary global warming crisis?
On a tip from Jay Guevara.

This comes from the "people shouldn't own animals" faction of the animal rights movement, the ultimate goal of which is to eliminate pets entirely. Of course as domesticated animals that cannot be allowed to run free in our cities, if there are no pet dogs and cats there will be no dogs and cats at all. Clearly, extinction is better than being owned by humans.

Disagree with the exception made for purebred animals. Inbred animals are unhealthy and it's crazy that people indulge these breed fetishes to the detriment of creatures. If anything, mutts should be allowed to breed to bring about balance.
Would however change careers just for the chance to sterilize people. Starting with moonbats.

So no more free puppies.. now every dog will be a thousand dollar investment..
Why should only the rich be allowed to have pets?
