Ecokook Paul Watson Calls For Radical Population Reduction

In case the arrogant, sociopathic, anticivilization, and antihuman agenda of environmentalists wasn't sufficiently clear, militant whale-lover Paul Watson of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society spells it out so that no one can fail to grasp what they're after.

Like any good Gaiaist, Watson sees Earth as a living organism, and the human race as a disease infecting it — the "AIDS of the Earth," as he puts it. The obvious ultimate solution is to put an end to humanity, an objective unprecedented in the annals of evil ideologies.

For now, Watson is willing to settle for an interim solution — we must "re-wild" the planet. This will require "a complete overhaul of all of humanities [sic] economic, cultural, and life style systems" and even "a complete transformation of all human realities." Whatever you say, Mr. Watson, sir!

Among Watson's demands: no city can have a population larger than 20,000. Remember when Pol Pot killed a third of the Cambodian population by forcing people to evacuate cities for the sake of his communist utopia? Watson scoffs at such minor league genocide. He wants the human population reduced to less than 1 billion. At least five out of six of us have to die to please Gaia. Unfortunately Watson is not volunteering to go first.

Those who remain will "need to recognize that all the other species that live on this planet are also fellow citizens." Why should we be so egotistical as to think a human being is worth more than a cockroach?

In Watson's dystopia, fossil fuels will not be allowed. Sea transportation will have to be by sail. The airline industry will be replaced by solar-powered blimps. Cars will be forbidden.

Fish must be caught individually by hand, though Watson would prefer if we go vegan. It's not that he loves all animals. He dislikes not only humans but also cows, sheep, dogs, and cats — whose populations, he ominously insists, must be lowered.

Oh, and he wants socialized medicine.

Watson sums up:

Curing a body of cancer requires radical and invasive therapy, and therefore, curing the biosphere of the human virus will also require a radical and invasive approach.

If only we knew how to cure the real cancer — the rampant moonbattery that has produced modern environmentalism.

Human-hating envirowacko Paul Watson.

Laura Ingraham was wondering on the radio this morning as to who would be making the decisions as to which groups of people would be slaughtered first (they are already doing a fair job on babies in the womb). Mr. Watson's photo above suggests that he thoroughly enjoys the pleasures of this life (such as eating), so we'll assume that he and his pals have themselves already picked for the task.

Gee, you don't think that people like Christians, Conservatives, etc. would be very high on their extermination list, do you....??

The pictured asshole used enough chlorine on his hair to gas a small Iraqi town.

Psst. Don't pick on Paul Watson's size. We're fattening him up for the Soylent Green factory. (Don't tell him.)

Any chance one of us could launch, via the internet, an International Day of Sacrifice for Saving the Earth? Make it, like, December 1 or something, and make the moonbats believe a mass global suicide is going to take place on that day? Convince them that by suicide, they not only "tread more lightly on the Earth's resources," but they'll also wake up humanity to the perils of Global Warming?

I'm sure we could take out at least some of the more vulnerable ones. Is anyone with me on this? December 1, 2007. The Day of Sacrifice for Mother Earth!

Every time I think leftards have achieved the pinnacle of asshattery, another one pops up and gives me another reason to loathe liberals.

not to worry - ten out of every ten people will probably die sooner or later - wishes do come true and besides, libtards are not known for their impeccable breeding for procreation habits.

Is it any wonder that Islamo-maniacs think we're insane and a threat to their world?

It seems rather odd to continually compare conservatives with Nazis on the one hand, the advocation the elimination of 5billion undesirables on the other.

It's high time that some university does a study on enviromoonbats to see if a statistical anomaly exists among them, (as compared to the general poplulation), of people who are mentally ill or have an acute dependence on drugs (legal or otherwise).

Then it would be possible to make some sense of people like this.

By the way, did anyone else wonder if Paul ever leaves the house dressed as "Pauline"? ...Call it whim.

(sigh!) Jack, go to your room and think about what you just wrote.

Where does the line start for compulsory spaying and neutering?

For me, the most frightening part of his column is the following:

"Who should have children? Those who are responsible and completely dedicated to the responsibility which is actually a very small percentage of humans. Being a parent should be a career. Whereas some people are engineers, musicians, or lawyers, others with the desire and the skills can be fathers and mothers."

The difference between this guy and a Nazi is the logo.

I bet many Muslims are delighted with the overpopulation mythology. Read this quote from an Australian newspaper:
"The birth rate in the Western countries is going down. People are more interested in their careers . . . they don't want to have babies," Sheik Green says in one DVD.

"So don't you think, Muslim brothers and sisters, we've got a bit of an opportunity here? They're not having babies any more. So what if, instead, we have the babies?"

I just hope he has always practiced what he preaches and will leave no successors when he dies. Since Paul probably does enjoy dressing as Pauline, it seems quite likely.

While there are times I wish that every prospective parent had to take a test before having children (like when I hear of horrible neglect and/or abuse cases), I do realize that there is no way we could implement that sort of thing without becoming a fascist society.

Besides, I didn't think being a parent was a satisfactory "career" choice. I'm surprised Paul even considered it! But seeing as stay-at-home moms are being told they deserve salaries of $138K, perhaps there will be a movement for the government to pay them. Where do I sign up? It's more than I make at my current job...

>>>But seeing as stay-at-home moms are being told they deserve salaries of $138K,...

That salary was calculated because someone included "psycologist" in the "jobs". Just because you ask someone what's troubling tham and can GUESS what makes a person behave the way they do, (as a real psycologist would) that doesn't make you a psycologist!

Doesn't matter. Moms who are effective mentors and role models keep their kids off the streets, out of prisons and in school which reduces the cost to taxpayers.
