Busted Illegal Aliens Respond With Lawsuits
In a token show of force last March, the federal government momentarily rose from its fat behind and busted 361 illegal immigrants at a factory in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The illegals have responded by suing.
They are suing their employer Michael Bianco Inc. for not paying time and a half for overtime, for deducting pay when they showed up late, and for not paying them to stand around waiting to clock out.
In a separate suit, they are suing the government for moving them to detention centers in Texas.
As I might have mentioned, these are illegal aliens who are breaking the law just by being here. But at least their eagerness to scream that they are victims and sue everyone in sight shows they are assimilating into modern American culture.
