I just had an idea. We need a checklist that we have to go through before we can do anything. It will guarantee that we don't do anything to offend Muslim sensibilities.

1. Going out to dinner? Watch what you dress., don't order pork, don't order alcohol. You might offend someone sitting nearby.

2. Taking your dog for a walk? Be careful, some people believe that dogs are unclean.

3. Going somewhere with the family? Better not let your wife drive, it's forbidden in some countries.

You get the idea.

Council for the defence:
"Your Honor, the only thing that my cliants can be charged with under the afore mentioned 'hate crimes' law is 'being insensitive to the feelings and beliefs of others'. HOWEVER, there is NO ORDINANCE or REGULATION under the laws of the United States that prohibits being insensitive, or even for being an insensitive JERK. I respectfully ask that this case be dismissed and the plaintiffs be directed to appoligise publicly and pay court costs"

And if the Judge rules otherwise, he and the prosicuter can BITE ME.

One can only hope that the parents of the "accused" students tell the tyrants at this alleged middle school to "F***-off!", or at a minimum, to place their lips upon a certain portion of their collective posterior anatomies.

Might help if they'd show these brilliant "educators" that picture of the little Christian Indonesian girl -- would deflate the administrators' apparent hard-on to prosecute this heinous "hate-crime" in an instant (or at least it should). All I know is that that photograph REALLY pissed me off.

CZ: No need to endorse juvenile behavior in order to quash this insane "moronic correctness" and multi-culturalism garbage being force-fed to our children 24/7. Fighting back against the "educrats" who want to stigmatize improper behavior as "hate" is the way to go, not buckling under to these Maoists who want to control every aspect of your life (and would do so by force of law, given the slightest political opportunity).

And how about the whining (Muslim) student who said he'll remember this experience for the rest of his life -- I'd have to say he doesn't plan on having much of a life if this is all it takes to crush his optimism and self-respect (must not have much at all to begin with; could be a product of his upbringing, I'm thinking).

I thought the definition of a hate crime was an actual crime that was motivated by race, sexual orientation, etc.

If it's not a crime in the first place, how can it be a hate crime?

CZ doesn't get it at all, it's not whether it was insensitive or not. Whether anyone here endorses that kind of behavior is irrelevant. Whether those kids were being naughty or nice is irrelevant. The point is can this be defined as a hate crime when no crime was committed?

NGWFJ: You're "right on!" It matters only to these educrats if they can use this minor, very juvenile, incident to further their agenda: anything not PC, anything merely not to their liking, that can be utilized to advance their liberal "ideals" and crush the individual is to be seized upon and thrashed about until it turns to rags or the masses lose interest, all to advance the "One World" pie-in-the-sky philosophy of these dreamers.

The fact that others have absolutely no desire to participate in this kind of "One World" with them (like the Islamofascists), does not seem to register.

When I saw the picture of this little girl i had to stop and let it sink in... not hate for a country or political party but YES! hate for a religion that does everything in it's power to try to force everyone that has a different view (to the piont of death!) to change their views and accept what they think.

Do yourself a favor, look at the picture again after reading this and ask youself, did this girl look like a threat?
To the islam and muslims, yes, she was a threat... the influance of this little christian girl could have affected their kids to decide that they had a life worth living and to care for others... but no, they decided to kill her to show the other kids, DO IT OUR WAY OR DIE! ... let me tell you something...

I'd rather serve a God that would die for me (Jesus Christ) then a god that wants me to kill and be killed for him (alah) .... as you see, they are NOT THE SAME GOD!

Please understand... Islam is the weapon of satan to kill off the Christians and Jews(God's Chosen people)...
