Pennsylvania Moonbats Open Fire on Second Amendment

Pennsylvania's House Bill 760 — brought forward by Dems from Philadelphia and Pittsburgh — threatens to shoot holes in citizens' constitutional right to bear arms.
According to this draconian bill, all non-antique guns must be registered with the State Police each and every year. Cost in terms of the direct fee is $10 per year per gun. Cost in terms of hassle is enough to disarm the law-abiding populace — or so state legislators seem to hope.
Fingerprinting is required. Background checks are required. A new photograph each year is required. Carrying the registration card with the gun wherever it goes is required. Name, age, gender, Social Security number, business address, home address, telephone number, date of birth, citizenship, and any other information that "the Pennsylvania State Police may deem necessary to process the application" are required. The gun's manufacturer, model, type, caliber or gauge, and serial number are required.
If the gun is lost or stolen and you fail to notify the State Police within 48 hours, you will be regarded as a criminal. Selling the gun requires giving 48 hours advance notice. As written, the law might even require you to inform the State Police when your age changes.
Fortunately for urban criminals, they will be unaffected by all this gratuitous bureaucracy, since their guns are usually acquired by unconventional means, have the serial numbers filed off, and are unlikely to get registered no matter what tedious hoops bureauweenies force law-abiding sportsmen and collectors to jump through.
