Jimmy the Dhimmi Approves Pelousy's Pratfall
Nancy Pelosi's ill-conceived attempt to wrest control of foreign policy from the White House by traveling to Syria to cuddle with the terror-exporting dictator Baby Assad sure was a flop. Even the liberal WaPo is referring to it as Pelousy's "Pratfall in Damascus":
As any diplomat with knowledge of the region could have told Ms. Pelosi, Mr. Assad is a corrupt thug whose overriding priority at the moment is not peace with Israel but heading off U.N. charges that he orchestrated the murder of former Lebanese prime minister Rafiq al-Hariri. The really striking development here is the attempt by a Democratic congressional leader to substitute her own foreign policy for that of a sitting Republican president. Two weeks ago Ms. Pelosi rammed legislation through the House of Representatives that would strip Mr. Bush of his authority as commander in chief to manage troop movements in Iraq. Now she is attempting to introduce a new Middle East policy that directly conflicts with that of the president. We have found much to criticize in Mr. Bush's military strategy and regional diplomacy. But Ms. Pelosi's attempt to establish a shadow presidency is not only counterproductive, it is foolish.
To get an idea of just how far Damascus Nancy has strayed from behavior befitting a Speaker of the House, the very personification of treasonous moonbattery approves of her mission.
Bleats Jimmy "the Dhimmi" Carter:
I was glad that she went. When there is a crisis, the best way to help resolve the crisis is to deal with the people who are instrumental in the problem.
Carter whines that he wanted to go kiss Assad's ring too, but the White House ordered him not to. This must have been a hard blow to Carter's gargantuan ego. At least he can console himself that he hasn't been shot for treason, as he might have been in more sensible times.
In Carter's corner is Syrian cabinet minister Buthayna Sha'ban, who as an agent of a hostile regime unsurprisingly agrees that Pelousy's attempt to hamstring our foreign policy was a good idea.

You had to find one of the most repulsive pictures of Jimmah for your post, didn't you?

But isn't the fact that the WaPo ran this piece an indication that the Left is unwilling to leap from the precipices? I mean, as much as thy hate Bush, and as loudly as they scream it out, even THEY are unwilling to allow outright treason and ineptitude on a Pelosian scale. Maybe this is a refreshing development? Maybe Conservatives are starting to sway the debate a little? I'm just posing the question.

I think Pelosi has proven herself to be far too irresponsible to be Speaker of the House. She should censured and she should step down now. I mean right now. I've sent e-mails to my representatives to that effect.

Jimmy loves any anti-Semitic power.
He views them as a valuable tool in the war against Israeli "Apartheid".
Of course, Syria is an Apartheid power itself. The persecution of Kurds and Assyrians was notorious in the Arabization campaigns of the Baathist regime.
Nice!!!!!!!!
