EEOC Moonbats Sink Their Fangs Into Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is an evangelical Christian organization that for 140 years has devoted itself to helping the helpless. Our government's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) — aka the Department of Political Correctness — wants to break its kneecaps.
EEOC moonbats are suing the Salvation Army because it fired two people (who may or may not have been illegal aliens) who refused to abide by a condition of employment, namely that they make some attempt to learn English, since according to most maps, this is still America.
Turning the country into a dysfunctional Tower of Babel rates almost as high as attacking all remnants of the Christian religion among the bureaucratic termites eating away at the foundations of our society. The EEOC was able to pursue both objectives by going to court with the claim that being asked to learn English caused the poor victims "emotional pain, humiliation and embarrassment."
Litigation isn't cheap. But that's no problem for EEOC bureauweenies, because they don't pay for it — you do. As for the Salvation Army, it will be forced to spend money on court costs that otherwise would have gone toward helping the poor.

I really love how every single website that has anything to say about this forgets to include so much of the facts. These employees had been working with the thift store for five years. This law has been around since 1974. It's not new you retards.
The law says they don't have to know English just because they are in America. They have to know English if it's required to do their job. They are clothes sorters! They did the job for FIVE YEARS before they were asked to learn English. Obviously, it is not required to do the damn job.
It is likely that the Salvation Army broke the law. The EEOC just so happens to be the agency responsible for enforcing those laws. Thank God that the Law protects these people, because you have forsaken your God, and your brothers and sisters.
