Bill to Establish Legal Caste System Moves Forward

Reminding us just what we are doing to our country by allowing Dems to run Congress, the House Judiciary Committee has passed a federal "hate crimes" bill along strict party lines. Attempts by Republicans to so much as amend the abomination were defeated.

Contemptuously ignoring both the Tenth Amendment and the concept of equality before the law, the atrocious Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007 (HR 1592) would officially establish a legal class system, placing homosexuals, Muslims, and non-Caucasians in a category that would make it a federal offense to attack them.

Observes the Family Research Council:

Despite what its advocates say, this is not about crime — it's about special treatment. HR 1592 would further carve out "tiers" of victims, putting more importance on crimes committed against a Rosie O'Donnell than against her next-door neighbor.

Rosie, being a lesbian, would have higher legal status than mere heterosexuals — just as dhimmis have lower legal status than Muslims under Islamic regimes.

At the bottom of the legal caste system with which liberals are replacing equality before the law will be Christians. Although progressives celebrate homosexual perversion and even promote it to small children in our schools, the Bible plainly and repeatedly states that it is wrong (Leviticus 18:22, Leviticus 20:13, Romans 1:27, etc.). Consequently, referring to the Bible in this context will probably be regarded as incitement against a protected class, as Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) has warned.

If Democrats keep getting elected, it is only a matter of time until the Bible is designated as "hate speech" and banned for failing to support the homosexual agenda.

Come on, Van. There are animals that exhibit homosexual tendencies, that makes it okay.

Well, if you want to justify your behavior by comparing it to how animals behave.

Meaning, homosexuality is the more primordial, simplistic backslidden sexuality favored among the brain-damaged.

How dare God demand that we grow up and have sex with people who are designed to procreate with us. The nerve.

It doesn't even take a knowledge of Scripture to conclude that homosexuality isn't right. Bill Murray, a Christian missionary and son of famous atheist Madelyn Murray O'Hare, recounted a debate he had with some queers on a panel show years ago. After their normal blithering about their perversion being wonderful and perfectly natural, he asked them a simple question: "If it's so 'natural', why do you have to use lubricants?" Their brilliant response was to eject him from the show.

Once again, the Moonbat Elite display their stupidity and utter cowardice in caving in to such people.

Great response on Bill's part. Wouldn't have thought of that since sodomy never comes to my mind, but hey, I'll use his line. Of course the most obvious argument that queerdom isn't natural is their inability to produce children. Sex might be a blast and all that, but first and foremost, it's supposed to "bear fruit".

You got it, Fellowes, the #1 no-brainer in this debate (unbelievable that it's even being debated!?!?!). And a man loving his wife is a whole different ball game than some degenerate just doing wierd things to make himself feel good.

Animals have homosexual activities to show dominance. They are not queer..

I still believe homosexuals are mentally ill. I didn't receive any of the pay off that the APA did to change their classification of homosexuality...
If someone cares to offer me a pay off I'll consider all offers LOL....

I will be sending letters and calling my Congressmen opposing this legislation.. I hope all that have read and posted here will do the same.
