Rosie Blames Bankers For Blowing Up WTC
Rosie O'Donnell must not have hit bottom yet — even after siding with terrorist mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed against her own country — because she's still digging.
After implying that WTC 7 was brought down in a secret controlled demolition, she actually suggests that the World Trade Center was destroyed not because Muslim terrorists are at war with us, but because sinister capitalists and shadowy government entities wanted records destroyed.
Yes, Rosie has mental problems and apparently suffers from mild mental retardation. But what excuse do the folks at ABC have for putting this appalling woman on the air?

On a tip from V the K.

She could hardly increase her ratings by saying that she is appalled by the trail of blood left behind by KSM.
Sensationalism in the media is a terrorist’s best friend.
Al Qaeda doesn’t exist in a vacuum. They know exactly what our media is saying. In the comfort of a tribal leader’s home in Northern Pakistan Osama bin Laden must often smile and reiterate how right he was when he said that “we love death like you love life”.
The media are puppets on a string. All the puppeteer had to invest was the blood of unarmed civilians. Its so damn obvious…

I hate her for other reasons, but she's right about this one.

Maybe she sat on WTC 7. Hey, could happen, and that would certainly have crushed.
And no, Henry, she's not right about this one. Her streak remains intact.

I think that face just might be a copyright violation of TNOYF's Islamic Rage Boy (http://www.cafepress.com/tnoyf/2266449). Oh wait, IRB's left eye bulges out, not his right. My bad.

There are other reasons to vilify her. She does raise valid questions about 9/11.
Posted by: Henry Huggins at March 18, 2007 10:15 AM
Henry, the "questions" i.e. conspiracy theories about 9/11 have been repeatedly raised, always in a new form, and consistently debunked. When the conspiracy theories are repeatedly raised and debunked, the credibility of those supporting them rapidly diminishes. Rosie does zero research, has no facts, and puts pure opinion on the show for the sake of creating emotion, getting people excited and increasing ratings.

People who still think the WTC came down with controlled demolition charges have idea how that is actually done. There is no way to pre-cut critical support beams and wire tons of charges without anyone noticing it.
Of course with Rosie I think its more a case of her hanging upside down which results the blood vessels in her brain clog with fat from her gut.
She should be dressed in a Burqa and deported to Iran (provided they could find enough material to make one)

No, she doesn't. All the conspiracy "theories" are complete, utter rubbish. Period. All of them gloriously flunk Occam's Razor, which their proponents apparently have never heard of.
Oliver Stone has a lot to answer for. He encouraged the cognitively disenfranchised to think that they're demonstrating that they're not that stupid after all, since after all they're clever enough to reject the simple, obvious explanation.
In so doing they are, of course, confirming the suspicions of everyone else that they are nitwits. Intelligence consists in knowing what to question, and how to reason: from facts to the simplest conclusions consistent with those facts.
In this case, one would have to assume two conspiracies - one by our friends the Muslims, to fly planes into the WTC (surely no one questions whether that happened), and simultaneously and independently, another conspiracy to covertly place demolition charges in the WTC. Then, by chance, the second set of conspirators happens to strike the same day as the first set. Phew! They should have made reservations.
Please. The whole thing is puerile and ridiculous. I feel a little dumber just for having had to address it.
BTW, that thing about Spanish fly and the gearshift in the next town over...also rubbish. Yeah. Really.

Henry,
You say that you hate Rosie "for other reasons". Why do you hate? Get that vileness out of your heart. It is poisoning your mind.
Rosie's hatred for George Bush has lead her to an unrational conspiracy theory with no basis on facts, just a bunch of empty questions and most of them have already been answered.
If you hate you cannot think rationally. When is the "Peace" Movement going to learn this elementary lesson?

>>>And no, Henry, she's not right about this one. Her (MEAN) streak remains intact.
I think that what you ment, Jay.
Henry, a nice Liberal named Scott Foy came up with a VERY IMPORTANT point about the "conspiracy":
"If our government is so ruthless as to murder thousands of people and cause billions of dollars in damage, WHY ARE MICHEAL MOORE, THE 'LOOSE CHANGE' PEOPLE AND OTHER 'TRUTHERS' ALOWED TO LIVE AND FLING ACCUSATIONS AROUND?

they're always trying to trip u.s. up, fern. hate kills the hater...but it kills them when you love them...
Posted by: nanc at March 18, 2007 9:47 PM
Yup and sometimes its what you dont say that makes an impression.
Posted by: Freedom Now at March 19, 2007 8:49 AM
The whole conspiracy thing isn't even worth talking about. We might as well sit and debate Roswell or Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster.
What's funny is how the left vilifies the Republicans as this evil machine capable of all sorts of terrible things and great power. Then they turn around and say Bush is stupid and bumbling, etc.
Now if the Republicans are really that all-powerful, evil, etc...couldn't they swing an election? couldn't they swing the media? couldn't they eliminate their detractors?
