James Hansen, Global Warming Media Whore
Motor-mouthed global warming fanatic James Hansen is fond of bellowing that the government is trying to silence him. So it's surprising to learn that Hansen has treated his gullible media friends to an astounding 1,400 interviews over the last few years while on the job working for NASA.
Hansen attained the position of director of NASA's Goddard Institute of Space Studies before guzzling one too many pitchers of Kool-Aid and losing all rational perspective. If you open the window and listen closely you can probably hear him, wherever he may be, shouting at the top of his lungs that the end is nigh. He was a consultant on the Goracle's infamous propaganda piece A Convenient Lie.

Yeah, I'm going to start stockpiling.

Yeah, it's almost like how conservatives constantly complain about how liberals run media, yet you can't get away from Rush, Hannity, Colter, et al.
I'm surprised to see ads on your blog. I figured the only ad you'd go in for was hominem...
It must be fun for all of you to sit around here and agree with each other; that way you don't have to go beyond the childish ramblings and insults you're busy throwing around and actually put together a cogent argument for your point of view. Pathetic. You do a fine job of demonstrating all that's wrong with the conservative mindset.

Hey Paul, how many of those people you named are reporters? They fulfill a need that is not supplied by the news media, a conservative point of view. There are just as many leftists that also compromise the non news media.
Amy Goodman (oops a journalist activist - what do you know? How many of those are there and how many are conservative?), Al Franken, Adriana Huffinton, Noam Chomsky and Phil Donahue etc...
I dont watch, listen or read anything produced by those conservatives that you mentioned above. I think that they are political hacks just like the people I mentioned in my comment.
The only difference is that the news media is overwhelmingly liberal in bias. The vast majority of journalists vote for the Democratic Party in elections, by an overwhelmingly large percentage.

FN, I didn't say reporters, I said "media". Significant difference. My example wasn't about reporting neutrality. Nice try, though.
I agree with you regarding the political hackery of the names mentioned by both you and me. But Donahue, seriously? How many years has it been since he was relevant? You'd make a stronger case if you kept things current.
Since voter records are private, how do you come to your conclusions about how journalists vote? Independent studies? Statement by some "political hack"? Wild-@ssed guess?

My, my, you are argumentative.
Good ole pHil Donahue? His firing from NBC was big news this year as his successor, Keith Olbermann, has made a big issue about it. But I'm sure that since Keith is a leftwing political hack you dont mind and find it relevant. You are just desperate for any little point to blow out of proportion.
Then you go on to say that voter records are private but I gave you a link that describes how those statistics were compiled. If you want to attack my comment more intelligently you should know what you are talking about first.
I never said that you didnt use the term “reporters”. I pointed out that none of the people you named were reporters. That is important because THEY DONT WRITE NEWS STORIES. That is where the bias exists, not on talk shows. You use such a typical leftwing "debate team" tactic to take my words out of context and claim that I was misquoting you.
On the other hand, hardcore Leftwing activists accuse the media of having a rightwing bias but never have any data to back up such claims.
Of course, those activists are extremely far to the Left. They are Communist and Socialist. The media has no love for them either. The media is firmly Left-Center, not totalitarian. That is why the same activists accuse Hillary Clinton of being rightwing, although she is clearly Left-Center.
Left-Center baby...
