Global Warming Ship Is Sinking

The fact that man-made global warming is a hoax perpetrated on a gullible public to advance left-wing policy objectives is becoming increasingly difficult to suppress. Martin Durkin, who blew the global warming cult out of the water by directing the excellent documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle, knew he would be attacked in response, but even he is surprised by how little ammo the hysterics have been able to gather.

Durkin was criticized for not using Al Gore's infamous hockey stick graph — the one that ignores the Medieval Warm Period — despite this graph having been thoroughly discredited. The computer program used to create it produces hockey sticks even when fed random data.

Other cultists quibble about graphs Durkin did use to illustrate the extremely close correlation between solar variation and temperature change. But no one disputes the data behind them.

One MIT scientist, apparently concerned with political repercussions, resorted to pretending he had been duped into taking part in the documentary.

Durkin's own most devastating attacks have gone undisputed. As he showed, the ice core data cultists had relied on so heavily indicates that higher CO2 levels are driven by warmer temperatures, not the reverse. No one can credibly explain why the climate warmed prior to WWII, when CO2 emissions were low, but cooled for decades afterward, during the post-war industrial boom.

As Durkin concludes:

Too many journalists and scientists have built their careers on the global-warming alarm. Certain newspapers have staked their reputation on it. The death of this theory will be painful and ugly. But it will die. Because it is wrong, wrong, wrong.

Sooner or later, everyone will known that the whole CO2-driven global warming story is a lie, and the credibility of the liberal media stooges who participated in telling it will be eroded still further.

Watch it on YouTube.

and the credibility of the liberal media stooges who participated in telling it will be eroded still further.

One can only hope, but most of the Gaiaist cult should theoretically be old enough to remember the media lying in the seventies about all the oil being used up by 1997, and how the killer bees were going to kill us all, and how we'd be making soylent green out of each other due to overpopulation, or in the eighties about how nuclear winter would kill us all, or in the nineties about how Y2K was going to be the end of civilization?

Another decade, another insane media scare. The question is, why are some people so stupid they fall for it again and again and again...

Gore has been challenged to debate the science. Do you think he will accept the opportunity? Yeah, right.

The killer bees! I'd forgotten about that one. Weren't there alarms about swarms of killer ants as well?

People laugh at the cranks who go about with "judgment day" signs, but talk about environmental disaster, and too many are willing to pile onboard, regardless of the credibility of proof offered.

Don't forget acid rain.

One can only hope Gore actually accepts the challenge and gets flensed for the effort. I'm so sick of hearing about 'Catastrophic Climate Change' that I wanna barf. In fact, what chaps my a$$ the most is that if we DO have a dramatic climate shift, it'll be a downturn that could potentially kill hundreds of millions. Just look up the bubonic plague and the fact it came around Europe twice...once in the mid-500s (killing Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian's attempt at reunification) and again in the 1300s. Both had disastrous consequences, killing tens of millions...and both when the climate downshifted.

If Mother Nature wanted to boot us off the evolutionary ladder, she'd do it by freezing the planet, not warming it.

Flensed! What an apt phrase...

Knowing that as mammals we all exhale carbon dioxide, I think that if the global warming moonbats were serious, they would hold collective breath for several minutes a day to help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the environment. But just to make sure, they may want to place a plastic bag over their heads to prevent any escape. I believe this would put an end to the global warming controversy in about five minutes.

Its very unlikely that the media will even acknowledge their complicity in the Global Warming hoax. They have no credibility with thinking people anyway, so they will remain credible to those who the scare mongers what to instill fear in. They'll just go on to the next manufactured crisis being just as shrill and sanctimonious as they are on climate change.

I'm afraid Bob Fowler is right.

Oh, and let's not forget about the rapidly vanishing ozone layer. Surprise, the amount of ozone actually fluctuates over time. Sound familiar?
