Orgy of Guilt at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High
Students at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School in Virginia Beach are in big trouble for a display of racism.
Announced Principal Dennis Price:
It is important that we work harder at having students leaving here who are tolerant and understand how serious these kinds of things are.
Harry Graber of the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater was dismayed by the incident, and that no one came to tell him about it:
That was one of the things that concerned us — that such an event occurred and we, as the organized arm of the Jewish community, were not informed of it.
But Price did meet with the federation's community relations committee to apologize and to be advised on organizations that offer diversity programs. Price also sent a letter of apology to Norfolk Academy (a rival school that evidently has a large Jewish population), and a letter to the parents of his own school describing the horrific affair.
Gasped Stephanie Salerno, president of the school's parents guild:
I don't understand what possessed whoever the students were to do what they did.
As punishment, Sullivan juniors and seniors are to be subjected to a day-long seminar on tolerance by the Virginia Conference for Community and Justice, which will also give a presentation to sophomores. The school will work with the United Jewish Federation to arrange other events that will teach them not be such racists. Price has also been consulting with the Anti-Defamation League, and promises that diversity training will be permanently incorporated at Sullivan.
Just what was this outrageous racist incident that precipitated such a maelstrom of theatrical guilt and multicultural brainwashing?
During a basketball game between Sullivan and Norfolk Academy, some Sullivan students chanted "We love Jesus," and somebody wrote the word "Jew" on a wall.
If the PC authorities want people to take the whole racism issue seriously, they might try developing a little perspective.

Once they make the "J" word (Jesus) verboten, it's only a matter of time before we get used to the idea that it's just something you don't say.
Eventually we'll even get used to the idea that praying, saying God (when not cursing), saying Jesus, preaching, etc, are simply things people are not supposed to say out loud, or in public.
Then how long before legislation is introduced to make it illegal, such as the legislation being considered over the use of the "N" word.
It's just tiny steps, like easing into a hot bath. This sort of thing has happened time and again throughout history, let's not be absurd in thinking it can't happen again.
Unless things change, I can foresee a time when Christianity will have to go underground again. There have always been suppressed, underground religions. No civilization has ever been 100% religiously free and tolerant. We were almost there in the 20th century. But now the tide is turning, and an age of intolerance is coming, once again.

I think you guys are missing the big picture.
This is something that has plagued Christianity for 2,000 years. It is not new, and it is not acceptable.
What kind of image of Jesus does this present to the Jews? It's certainly not that of Jesus (Yeshua) the Jew. Do you ever wonder why there is hostility toward the Gospel on the part of Jews? Look no further than Christianity.

While certainly it was in VERY poor taste for these RCC students to taunt, methinks it's this was more an act of sophomoric ribbing from immature teens rather than antisemitism.
As to the Jews...well, there are Hebrews and then, there are Jews.
The biblically literate know the difference, and unfortunately, most don't. That's a bigger problem.

Maybe Jews harbor some hostility towards Christianity, but several thousand years of pogroms can do that.

ok look i go to catholic just because one stupid kid wrote jew on a wall in which the jewish population is extreamely limted NA is mostly catholic not to mention they were yelling "We hate jesus" and "crucify them" but of course thats not mentioned but w.e. all i kno is this shit is B.S. oh and guess wat the NA headmaster, guess wat he said "no comment", they dont give a shit. its the jewish community they are being doosh bags there is not going to be another fuckin holocaust and because they got pissed at us i have to fuckin sit down and listen to holocaust survivors talk about sensitivity wtf ever
