Muslim Cabbie Tries to Run Down Fares
The Religion of Peace has struck in Nashville, Tennessee, where a local cabbie tried to run down a couple of customers after an argument over religion became heated, leaving one of them hospitalized. Ibrihim Ahmned was arrested and charged with assault, attempted homicide, and stealing the license plate he was using on his cab.
Wait, the news report doesn't say he if Ahmned is a Muslim. Maybe they were arguing over Presbyterianism.
In other Religion of Peace news, a train bombing killed at least 66 in India, and eight are dead in Thailand after a wave of bombings and shootings by Muslims. Also, our Congress voted in its wisdom to signal its intention to surrender to Islamic terrorists in Iraq in the hopes that they'll just leave us alone so we can get on with the pressing business of trying to hype global warming into a problem.

Didn't you know that Muslims are simply misunderstood? Thank goodness we have people like Diane Sawyer to talk to their leaders and get a "three-dimensional" view of the person behind the politics.

The kid that was hit is my nephew. He is an intelligent and religious individual. The argument was about religion and the cabbie is a muslim. And yes, the religion of peace and tolerance has struck again.

Muslims trying to kill people in the name of their religion? Surely they've got it wrong!
This is our future. Only the names will change, the rest will be the same old story.
If Hillary gets the white house, we will see perhaps eight more years of blissfully ignoring the world around us. The media will quietly hush up Muslim attacks around the world, and will give a careful spin on any Rwanda-type genocides, while we sit on the sidelines.
Meanwhile, back at the white house, Hillary will bring us such important topics as gays in the military, global warming, and whatever other socialist ideas she'll come up with...all the while cutting defense spending and denegrating the military.
If the old war in Iraq is ever mentioned, it will be to rebuke those naughty Republicans for, once again, throwing the world into turmoil over nothing. And the tumultuous world will continue to go at eachothers throats, blissfully ignored by Diane Sawyer, Katie Couric, et al. Our isoliationism will be complete.
Then, 10 or so years from now, another 9/11 will snap us out of our slumbers, only this time it will probably be of a nuclear variety. Then once again Republicans will sweep into office to knock the bad guys back a peg, only to be rebuked by the good-hearted democrats who will say we've gone "too far" in trying to win.
