10-Year-Old Tikes Sue University

Canadians may lag behind the USA when it comes to lunatic lawsuits inspired by moonbattery, but it looks like they could be catching up fast.

Twin 10-year-olds have filed a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission after being kicked out of a University of Ottawa course in which they were mistakenly allowed to enroll, despite not having earned a high school diploma as required. The tots claim to be victims of age discrimination. They and their mother are demanding unspecified damages.

"TWIN 10-year-old boys threw a tantrum today..."

That's nothing. We had 10,000 moonbats throwing a tantrum in DC last weekend...

ROLFL. What the article doesn't say is:

The university said the mistake was detected shortly after registration and the mother was contacted by phone and by mail to notify her. They made it through half the course. The only reason they "completed" it was due to the professor's willingness to teach outside the curriculum and permit them to take the exam.

"The mother was also informed she would be reimbursed for the amount she had paid to date for tuition. The university says Foster had not paid the full amount."

"The course is informally known as the 'Activism Course' and previously caused a stir on campus when a student complained that what was being taught didn't match the course description."

Even more inane, per a telephone interview with the tyke, " 'I wanted to enter this course because I want to make a lot of decisions ... and I get to express my opinions a lot more in this class," said the North Gower-Marlborough Public School student. He said he's learned about 'the Afghanistan war that's going on and about how many animals are being killed for food and a lot of things.' "

They would have been right at home in DC weekend last..
