Moonbat Lawyers Stalled in Attempts to Tear Down Mt. Soledad Cross

In a rare legal defeat for moonbattery, the 9th Circuit has ruled that the lawyers who want to tear down the cross at the Mt. Soledad Memorial can't do it by suing San Diego, since it stands on ground no longer owned by the city.

In 2005, voters passed Proposition A, donating the cross to the federal government to prevent its destruction by moonbats. Superior Court Judge Patricia Yim Cowett invalidated the measure, even though it received 75% of the vote. But she was overturned by a court that also overturned the $275,000 fee awarded to an ACLU-backed lawyer for his work toward destroying the memorial.

Now liberals are suing the federal government on the absurd grounds that a cross at a war memorial is unconstitutional.

An intolerable affront to moonbats.

Why can't people in this country say enough of this! Why do left wingers always think we MUST adopt thier code, but yet still think they can tear ours down? People should be calling and writing thier officials, and demonstrating, and singing hymns at the monument. Do what the lefties do, march, demonstrate, scream, protest, and shout down those who would do the same to them.

Because lefties don't consider atheism a religion. Therefore, they believe its perfectly acceptable for the state to establish and promote atheism.
