Are We PC Enough For a Muslim President Yet?
A subscriber-only article at Insight Magazine notes that Hillary's henchmen have been busily digging away at Barack Hussein Obama's upbringing, and only dhimmis will much like what they've found.
Though Obama has not been very forthcoming about it, both his father and stepfather were Muslims. His own education included at least four years in a madrasah — i.e., one of those usually Saudi-funded terrorist incubators where education consists of rocking back and forth as you recite "DEATH TO AMERICA!" and bloodthirsty passages from the Koran.
According to a source close to the background check:
He was a Muslim, but he concealed it. His opponents within the Democrats hope this will become a major issue in the campaign.
Of course Dems won't dare criticize the nice Muslims who only want to kill us because we deserve it for being insensitive. But the idea is that Shrillary can portray Obama as having been deceptive on the issue, which will provide her with ammunition.
Or will it? Given the self-loathing mentality that causes liberals reflexively to side with the enemy, appearing to be attacked for his Muslim background might actually work to Obama's advantage. If this turns out to be the case, look for him to play it up. We might even see Keith Ellison in a cabinet position.
I'm still having a hard time believing that the obviously unqualified Obama's candidacy isn't some kind of joke. But Jimmy Carter's candidacy might have seemed like a joke too at the time, and look how much damage he was able to do.

Sure hope "Obama" gets nominated (he won't).
Since this country won't elect a guy with a muslim
background, the dems would be sure to lose.
I predict Hiliary will get the
nomination with either Bill Richardson in tow
as VP or Obama as VP. Bill is a stronger choice
since he's a "native american" (whatever that means)
and he's a dinner scrap from the Clinton years. Also
think she'll go up against McCain as the Republican offering.
McCain came close to winning the nomination against
Bush at one time and I think he stands a very good chance.
How fitting it would be that "the son of Cain" would go up
against Hil-Jezebel. Either way, we lose.

We know you lefties can't handle a diversity of opinions. That's why you prefer to shut down debate rather than engage in it. Like with Heidi Cullen. And like with the protesters at Columbia shouting down the Minutemen. And like the congressional Democrats wanting to bring back the Fairness doctrine. And like those campus speech codes you guys love to put up.
Face it, you guys just can't handle other people's perspectives.

Hey Mikey, got news for you.
a) Didn't slam Barack. I merely stated that because of his backgrd and obviously muslim name that it's highly unlikely that he's electable. Also, he's fairly new and doesn't have a track record to speak of.
b) If you want to call the UCC a "Christian" sect (Barack's church), then I must take issue with that. They're just on the fringes of what's considered "Christian". Be my guest and take a look at this recent article:

BTW, UCC became the largest "Christian" denom. to adopt gay marriage (last year), and the article states that since the 1970's gay relationships have been openly accepted by this "church".
Not much "christian" going on there, and Barack's not a Christian in YHVH's book if he espouses UCC's position.

I like troll comments, they bring out better ones by everyone else. My favorite part about what Mike said was something about why the world hates us, completely ignorant of the fact that thousands risk death, daily, to get into this country. Plus it shows the guilt these people carry and which explains alot in terms of how they view the world.

In the past conservatives made excuses for fascism because they mistakenly saw it as a continuation of their democratic rightwing ideas. Now, overwhelmingly and every where, liberals and leftists are far more likely than conservatives to excuse fascistic governments and movements...

Obama is a creation of the media - nothing more. He has zero chance of being the Democratic nominee. Since the election is almost 2 years away are content to let people tear him apart so as to deflect attention from the real candiate - Hitlary Clinton. Of course by the time 2007 rolls around there could be yet another chosen messiah of Democratic Party lurking out there in the same way Bill Clinton came out of left field to win the nomination.

there is a lefty person in the community i blog in who consistently refers to condi as "aunt jemima" and other rascist slurs - but heaven forbid one of us should call a spade a spade instead of a shovel and i don't mean that "racially" - any slight reference and we are the most bigotted people according to this person.
