ACLU Sues Troopers For Detaining Illegal Aliens
Proving yet again that it will undermine our country any way it can, the ACLU is suing the State of Rhode Island, the state police, state police Supt. Steven M. Pare, Trooper Thomas Chabot, and a "Jane Doe" trooper they haven't been able to identify for apprehending a van full of illegal aliens.
The van was pulled over when the driver failed to signal before changing lanes. The troopers had a look inside and found 14 illegal aliens, whom they escorted to the federal Office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Providence.
According to the ACLU, this constitutes a violation of Rhode Island's Racial Profiling Prevention Act. Evidently, the police are allowed to have a look inside vehicles they pull over only if they are driven by Caucasians.
The ACLU jackals are demanding punitive and compensatory damages. In other words, they wants us to pay illegal aliens a cash reward for invading our country and violating our laws.
The suit also touches on the controversy of local law enforcement stepping up to defend the country from invasion, which our irresponsible federal government has steadfastly refused to do.
This might be a good time to note that the illegal aliens who crowd our highways in their jalopies, often do not know how to drive, habitually drive while intoxicated, rarely carry insurance, and are insulated from our laws by the verminous ACLU are turning Americans into roadkill. The AAA Foundation for Traffic Study found that 20% of fatal accidents involve at least one driver who does not have a valid license. Drivers who lack valid licenses usually also lack a valid reason to be in this country. A California study found that those who have never had a valid license are five times more likely to be involved in a fatal road accident. When the illegals crash their cars, we pay their medical bills. Then they thank us by suing.

There has to be a way to sue the ACLU. It would be so sweet to see them have to pay out a multi-million dollar damge to the United States suit.

Agreed Kevin...the ACLU is not above the law either. I wonder if countersuits have been lodged.
A small part of my past work involved drawing blood samples from drunk drivers prior to the cops hauling them away. I noticed that the illegals laughed freely and thought it was all a joke while getting processed, contrasted with drunk citizens who were very upset and took their arrest seriously. Half the time the cop didn't know where the illegals lived nor did they care. They knew it was a joke too...after all the illegals have nothing to lose.
