Woman Spits in Soldier's Face
It looks like moonbats really are reliving Vietnam. Syracuse.com reports that one Lauren Maggi walked up to an American soldier named Jason Jones at Hancock International Airport. She asked if he was a Fort Drum soldier; when he said yes, she spat in his face.
This is the thanks heroes get for volunteering to risk life and limb to fight off terrorists who want to kill us all — patriots and liberals alike.

No, it's only a hate crime if you belong to a protected group of people. Soldiers, aka "baby killers," do not have that status.

This episode should amply demonstrate to the Left that they are unwittingly setting themselves up as the victims of unintended consequences in the demand for immediate withdrawal of the troops from Iraq. They simply could not amass enough of their verminous ilk at one time to spit on each one of our returning soldiers and yell "baby killer" while doing it. How sad that they risk being deprived of this right in their abject ignorance.

Not suprising considering the results of the November elections - Moonbattery at its worst.
Everyone who is apalled by this incident should send "Jason Jones" a note of thanks to him for his service to his country. Im sure it would make news if a huge number of letters showed up at Fort Drum.

she's been charged with second degree harassment - if someone had done that to me as i were returning from service protecting my country - i would have reached down their throat and pulled out their slimy little heart out their throat and said something like, "oops, third degree retaliation!"

I assume that he was in uniform at the time of this disgraceful incident, if he were not, I'll bet that Jones would have knocked her teeth out. There was a time when that would have been the appropriate response.
