Troops Fail to Appreciate the Great Botched Joke Kerry

It seems those who are too lazy and dumb not to get stuck in Iraq don't even know enough to appreciate it when they are graced with the presence of the great John "Botched Joke" Kerry. Here's B.J. eating lunch in a crowded mess hall in Iraq — crowded except for his own table, that is:

Scott Hennen relays a first-hand report:

This is a true story.....Check out this photo from our mess hall at the US Embassy yesterday morning. Sen. Kerry found himself all alone while he was over here. He cancelled his press conference because no one came, he worked out alone in the gym w/o any soldiers even going up to say hi or ask for an autograph (I was one of those who was in the gym at the same time), and he found himself eating breakfast with only a couple of folks who are obviously not troops.
What is amazing is Bill O'Reilly came to visit with us and the troops at the CSH the same day and the line for autographs extended through the palace and people waited for two hours to shake his hand. You decide who is more respected and loved by us servicemen and women!

Sen. Kerry with his closest friends and confidants.

Lately the those Joe Kennedy/C(h)ITGO commercials are on heavy rotation trying to dump discounted heating oil. Leave it up to a Kennedy to outdo Kerry in the traitor department.

Heh. Anyone notice there wasn't a single word in the media about Kerry's trip to Iraq after the first announcements that he was going over? I figured something like this had to be the reason. Then again, I figured Kerry's handlers would be smart enough to figure out that the dog you just kicked isn't going to come lick your hand and lie at your feet any time soon. Kerry probably isn't smart enough to figure that out, but I thought for sure someone would have mentioned the possibility that the troops wouldn't come racing out to greet him. Personally, I'm just sorry they didn't greet him with the now-famous "rescue us" banner.

I'm an American Serviceman. I did two tours in Iraq. O'Reilly went to Camp Victory in Baghdad. I know because I saw his show on Fox. I've been to Camp Victory, so I know where Kerry was.
When I was there Geraldo Rivera came to visit us (later so did Toby Keith and Charlie Daniels). Geraldo was mobbed. Everybody wanted to shake his hand, talk to him, or have their picture taken with him. I think its hilarious that Geraldo, a guy who was actually thrown out of Iraq early in the war by the 101st Airborne, could be more popular than the Winter Soldier.

So let's compare, for our troops in Iraq:

Bill O'Reilly: Good
Geraldo: Good
Charlie Daniels: Good
Toby Keith: Very Good
WWE Superstars(who I missed, but they were also at Victory): Good

Senator Kerry: Bad

So when are the Dixie Chicks coming to Iraq?

GI, your comparisons hit home the point I was going to make. Good job. I bet Kerry didn't get the message regardless.

To be fair, Kerry did stop in Damascus to bad mouth America before he was forced to dine alone in Iraq.

The Kerry picture was made in or before January 2006, long before Kerry's joke. It's a quick breakfast, not a formal event of any kind. It appears to have been tampered with. It may not even have been made in Iraq. See

Another fake Kerry photo.

An honorable person apologizes after passing on slander. Will you? Didn't think so.

I checked out your link, Laney and several others as well. I found nothing but Liberal INSANITY. Don't you people ever stop HATING?
As for the British flag, (The ONLY one that can be identifyed) emabsies display MANY flags. It used to be a custon (Maybe it still is) for warships to fly the flag of whatever country owned the port it was anchored in.

One objection on another site was that Kerry was lit diffrently than the rest of the room. If you ever took a flash picture, you would know that this is how it looks.
Another problem is that the above "explination" destroys the theory of some Liberal posters that the picture was taken in England. If it was photo-shopped, it was NOT taken someplace else. But then, you Neo-Communists are experts on photo-shop.
Then there is the fact that there is a man seated behind Kerry who is clearly wearing an AMERICAN-ISSUE uniform. Care to explain that?

No, of course not, that would mean you would have to enter into a DEBATE, which is something Neo-Communists avoid like the plague.

guess laney won't be apologizing eh?

didn't think so.

"An honorable person apologizes after passing on slander"

Laney, are you actually refering to Kerry? You have GOT to be kidding us!!!

The guy said "I apologize to no one", then when the heat was on by OTHER DEMOCRATS he finally caved. Don't give him credit as if he just came out with an apology all on his own.

You're living in bizzaro world.

And no, the photo is NOT fake... that is just a very typical liberal response. Deny everything, then when there's no more denying, blame the Republicans for something, like focusing too much attention on it.

They learned this trick from Clinton. "I did not have sexual relations with that woman", then when the truth is out, it's all about right wing obsession over his sex life.

Never admit a wrong, change the subject, blame someone else for something. The Liberal Creed.

Guess what, butt-wipe? John Kerry is right. At this point anybody going into Iraq without a clue as to what they are getting themselves into is a stupid ass idiot, just like you. Why don't they grow some balls and stand up to their commanding officers and tell them to f*ck off? That they don't proves that they are not only brainless but spineless tool Just like you.
