Rooms For Rent at New York Times

The New York Times' unrestrained plunge into leftist advocacy journalism under the regime of the clueless moonbat Pinch Sulzberger is not panning out financially, as evidenced by the paper's increasing financial desperation.
The Gray Lady's bean-counters are finding that they can't afford to move all their staffers into their opulent new headquarters scheduled to open in the spring, and are trying to find tenants for more of the floors. One sixth of the Times' total space in the new building is already on the market, and this will be increased. Even though space has been freed up by 750 job cuts since 2005, some departments will be moved to lower-cost office space. The Times may mortgage its stake in the new building to raise money.
