"Bong Hits 4 Jesus" Case Goes All the Way to the Supremes

Thanks to the moonbats on San Franfreakshow's Ninth Circuit, the absurd case of a punk who was suspended from high school for unfurling a banner reading "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" as the Olympic Torch passed through town will be wasting the time of the Supreme Court.

The kid was a senior when the event occurred four years ago, yet he is still suing merrily away. He got to the Ninth Circuit before anyone would take him seriously.
