When Is an Animal Not an Animal?
Animal sex is in the news again in Duluth, Minnesota, where a guy is in trouble for developing an intimate relationship with a dead deer he found by the side of the road.
Bryan James Hathaway, whose previous sexual exploits include shooting a horse to have sex with it, was charged with the misdemeanor offense of sexual gratification with an animal. But his lawyer has come up with a defense worthy of Bill Clinton, who haggled over what the word "is" means. Hathaway's public defender Fredric Anderson argues that since the deer was dead, it was no longer an animal.
There is some logic here. After all, if a human isn't a human until after he or she is born, how can a deer be a deer after it's dead?
If this line of defense doesn't pan out, maybe Fredric can find examples of animals having sex with other animals that are dead, which would prove that the practice is perfectly normal and ought to be accepted. From there we could move on to dead animal marriage, leading to the next civil rights frontier, the right of a man and his dead animal spouse to adopt a child.

How sick and perverted some people are. There will be moonbats show up, though, to correct us ignorant conservatives wallowing in our ignorance that homosexuality is a viable alternative and that we should just shut up and open our eyes. This only proves what thier agenda is... They will soon be agitating for the right to marry an animal, and the right to beastiality, and the supreme court will find it somewhere in between the lines of the Constitution.

Just claim the French do it, say the international community approves of it and looks down on Americans for not doing it.
The judge would probably say it's okay, then.
