Iran Awards Prize For Most Tasteless Holocaust Cartoon
If Hanoi John Kerry really was joking when he accused our troops of being losers, he isn't the only one with a strange sense of humor. The Iranian newspaper Hamshahri has announced the winner of its International Holocaust Cartoons Contest.
As he presented the prize, Culture and Islamic Guidance Minister Mohammad Hossein Saffar-Harandi praised President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has dismissed the Holocaust in which 6 million Jews were murdered as a "myth."
The winning cartoon earned its Moroccan creator Abdellah Derkaoui $12,000. It features a crane marked with the Star of David adding blocks to a wall separating the Dome of the Rock (a Muslim shrine) from Jerusalem. In the wall there is a gate like the one at Auschwitz. Yuck yuck.

The taboo is broken now. People should not think that by questioning the Holocaust, they are committing a crime.
Meanwhile, Iran busily works at developing the nuclear tools to bring about the next Holocaust.
