Students Without Class
What the Ivy League elitists who behaved like drunken peasants when Minutemen founder Jim Gilchrist attempted to speak at Columbia last week lack in class, they make up for in chutzpah. Rather than apologizing for their appalling behavior, they have gone into spin mode, attempting to characterize themselves as the victims of the speakers whom they would not allow to speak.
According to Karina Garcia of the Chicano Caucus, one of the poor thugs who rushed the stage while Gilchrist was speaking was "kicked in the face" by a Minuteman. He didn't think to go to the hospital or file a police report, but Garcia's group is "talking to our lawyers."
Minuteman spokesman Tim Bueler said that only three Minutemen were present at the speech turned melee, and none of them attacked anyone. One of them, Marvin Stewart, was "repeatedly subjected to racial slurs including the N-word," while Gilchrist's speech was snatched away and his glasses "ripped off" while uniformed campus police "stood by and did nothing."
The use of the forbidden N word to attack Stewart was ignored in most media accounts, but not by Alicia Colon, who underscores the astonishing hypocrisy:
The student protesters carried signs calling the Minutemen racists while their cohorts shouted the "n" word at a black man. Disgraceful!
Colon also notes that the moonbattery of these Ivy League hooligans goes beyond opposition to border security and the sanctimonious racism practiced by the Left:
One student banner read "Workers of the World unite," clearly identifying the Marxist ideology of the groups.
Colon thinks that Columbia might salvage its reputation by hunting down and expelling the students who participated in this "anti-free-speech riot." I'm not going to hold my breath until that happens.
Here again is video of the outrage:

Unfriggingbelievable. Stupid kids. It's easy for them to identify with the downtrodden masses while Mommy and Daddy are paying all the bills, isn't it?
"Free speech for me but not for thee" has long been a mantra of the left. It looks like these yahoos have learned that lesson from their lefty profs very well.

Unfortunately, I can't watch the video. It would push my blood pressure into unhealthy regions.
The America they envision would be anything but free. Nazi phuqs.

What those columbia university idiots said by their actions is. 1) We're better than you and 2) if you don't believe like us, you're stupid/racist/bigoted/unenglightened and should shut up and listen to us because of #1.
