Michigan Judge Says No to Niqabs
Hats off to Hamtramck Judge Paul Paruk, who refused to let multicultural moonbattery turn his courtroom into the Gong Show. When Ginnnah [sic] Muhammad, an American who converted to Islam at age 10, refused to take off her niqab in his small claims court, Paruk tossed out her case.
The Honorable Judge Paruk explained:
My job in the courtroom is to make a determination as to the veracity of somebody's claim. Part of that, you need to identify the witness and you need to look at the witness and watch how they testify.
When Muslims aren't bellowing death threats, they are usually whining. Here's Ms. Muhammad:
I just feel so sad. I feel that the court is there for justice for us. I didn't feel like the court recognized me as a person that needed justice. I just feel I can't trust the court.
Dawud Walid, of the Islamic version of the ACLU, the terrorist front group CAIR, whimpered that the judge violated Ginnnnnnah's I mean Ginnnah's civil rights because
Although a niqab is donned by a minority of Muslim females, it is still a bona fide religious practice.
Typically, his sniveling took on a vaguely threatening tone:
There definitely needs to be greater sensitivity toward the growing populace in that municipality.
Hamtramck, like much of the Detroit area, has an ominously swelling Muslim population.

Don't you love it when the critics present their arguments in sound, reasoned terms? Nothing like it! Nope, nothing like it at all.
Reminds me of a lib I heard on the Michael Medved show. She felt a higher percentage of academics than the normal population became libs because,"Well, we ARE smarter".
