David Zucker's Gloves-Off Campaign Ad
Drudge reports that David Zucker, who produced and directed the comedy classics "Airplane" and "The Naked Gun," had long been a Democrat, until that party's haplessness on security issues caused him to defect to the GOP in 2004. He created an ad intended to be used in the final stretch of this fall's campaign. Unfortunately, no one will use it because Republican strategists consider it over the top. What a shame. Here's the ad:
