12-Year-Old Babysitter Fends Off Naked Illegal Alien
Exhibiting an enthusiastic willingness to molest the preteen babysitters Americans won't molest, Rigoberto Ascensio Perez of Guatemala, an illegal alien with no known address in this country, broke into a Putnam County, New York house where a 12-year-old girl was babysitting her 2- and 6-year-old neighbors. Perez was wearing nothing but a mask at the time.
The undocumented housebreaker assaulted the girl, but she was able to fight him off. When police arrived, Perez had proven wise enough to put his clothes on, but not to leave the area. He bolted from the garage and broke free from a police officer, before running down an embankment and falling headfirst into a stream, where he was apprehended.

Does this mean the 12-year old can expect to be sued for protecting the house and kids like the boarder patrol agents sitting in jail for protecting their country?

If that dirtbag ended up grabbed out of the jail he is in and lynched from the nearest lamppost, I wouldn't shed a tear over it.
