Stone May Yet Do 9/11 Conspiracy Movie
We dodged a bullet when Oliver Stone managed to direct "World Trade Center" without indulging in his usual paranoid moonbattery. But another bullet may be on the way.
Hinting at a possible future project, Stone chose the fifth anniversary of 9/11 to remark that
There is a great story in a movie, a conspiracy by a group of people in the American administration who have an agenda and who used 9-11 to further that agenda.
Stone has used movies like "JFK" and "Nixon" to rewrite history for political purposes. Apparently oblivious to irony, he nonetheless accuses President Bush of behavior "right out of George Orwell" for supposedly exploiting 9/11 to increase his own power.

Stone goes cruising with a friend.
On a tip from Wiggins.
