"Racial Vilification" Doesn't Apply to Caucasians
An Australian Aboriginal girl who assaulted a white woman, kicking her as she lay on the ground and calling her a "white slut," did not engage in racial vilification because she was only using "the patois of the street," according to magistrate Kate Auty.
The Aborigine had been charged under a racial vilification law that was enacted to punish white supremacists. As she is presumably not a white supremacist, it's hardly surprising that the law was found not to apply.

These laws,similar to the US, are set up and enforced to ensure minorities are never held accountable for their action when their victims are of the majority race.

They won't apply when whites are a minority and look at the crimes the lebanese commit. They pack rape white females as young as 12 years old in Australia and the media doesn't report the race of the attacker. You can tell when it is a lebanese doing the crime too because they're generally the only ones doing it while calling the white girl an aussie whore, white slut and they're gonna "F her leb style." of course these things don't get reported either you have to go down to the local police despartment and ask to see the details of the crime from the police department. It's public information the same information the press gets but refuses to report upon.

It's hard to believe these days, but there was a time when "western journalist" was NOT synonymous with "raving twit" and "moral coward".
