Muslim Leaders Threaten More Riots in Australia
Australian Prime Minister John Howard has really stepped over the line, going so far as to suggest that Muslim immigrants to his country should learn English and treat women with respect. Naturally Muslims have reacted sharply to this violation of the protocols of dhimmitude.
Dr. Ameer Ali, chairman of the Australian government's Muslim advisory committee, is threatening more riots if Howard doesn't watch his tongue. Growled Ali:
[W]hen you antagonize the younger generation... they are bound to react.
Iktimal Hage-Ali, a member of the Prime Minister's advisory group, screeched like a cat with its tail caught in a car door, accusing Howard of "marginalizing" Muslims by asking them to stop marginalizing themselves.
Howard stood his ground — sort of — refraining from apologizing but continuing to uphold the pernicious fiction that most Muslims want to assimilate into Western culture:
There's a small section of the Islamic population which is unwilling to integrate and I have said generally all migrants ... they have to integrate.
Howard has more backbone than most, but we will not be able to prevent the obliteration of Western civilization by Islam unless we admit to the fact that any immigrant who wants to integrate into our culture is by definition not a Muslim. Muslims expect us to integrate into their culture — as subservient dhimmis.
