Clinton Appointee Outlaws Boating and Fishing
While Carter judicial appointees such as Joyce Hens Green and Anna Diggs Taylor distinguish themselves for their outstanding service to al Qaeda, Clinton appointee Robert G. James of the United States District Court, Western Division of Louisiana has found another way to wreak havoc: by declaring that the shallows of navigable waterways are no longer open to the public, he has largely outlawed boating and fishing.
According to Phil Keeter, president of Marine Retailers Association of America:
Even though this action seems like a horrible pre-April fools joke, it is very serious. Because essentially all the waters and waterways of our country are considered navigable in the U.S. law, this ruling declares recreational boating, water skiing, fishing, waterfowl hunting, and fishing tournaments to be illegal and the public subject to jail sentences for recreating with their families.
I think it's safe to say we have enough Democratic appointees in the judiciary to last until the last of them retires.

On a tip from Wiggins.

True, but "enough" would be one.
