I'm voting "photoshopped" - not because of the boobs (Ripper is right on that one) but because of the skinny legs and arms compared with the relatively filled-out face. Weird as it is, I think her face would be skinnier if this were a real photo.

Well, if you read the link you'll see that she hasn't started her hunger strike yet and that she'll only be on it from 7/04 to 9/02. Unfortunately, probably not enough time for her to wither away - but she might lose her glorious muffin top.
