Durbin Favors Fence Consultation
As mentioned earlier, the Senate's amnesty outrage includes a requirement that we consult with Mexico before building any fences to defend us from Mexicans. Chris Dodd (D-CT) snuck the language into an amendment by Arlen Specter (RINO-PA). But there are others who like the idea: Dick Durbin, for example.
You might remember Durbin as the guy who showed his patriotic support for our country by comparing the American soldiers tasked with catering to the pampered terrorists at Club Gitmo to the goons who imposed the genocidal socialist regimes of Stalin, Hitler, and Pol Pot — thus providing valuable propaganda ammo to our enemies and encouraging attacks against American soldiers and civilians everywhere. The Democratic Party's number two man in the Senate continues to display his dedication to our country's best interests by urging the House to accept Dodd's absurd provision.
As Durbin explained:
To think that we would build a fence without any conversation or consultation with Mexico — that doesn't make sense. ... We ultimately want to have the cooperation of the Mexican government.
But we already have the cooperation of the Mexican government. It is fully cooperating in the colonization of America by indigent Mexicans who serve Democrats by being likely to rely at some point on government handouts, Republicans by driving down wages, and the Mexican government by shipping billions of dollars out of our economy and into theirs.
The American people seem to be cooperating too — by voting for the sort of politicians who would sell their own country down the river by refusing to stop the Mexican invasion. But who knows, maybe we'll start to wise up this November.
