Border Treachery

You wouldn't expect a country as dysfunctional as Mexico to conquer American territory. We've faced down the British Empire in its prime, the Kaiser, the Nazis, Imperial Japan. Reagan defeated the Soviet Union without firing a shot. Removing Saddam Hussein from power was like swatting a fly. But of course, in these confrontations, America had the advantage that its government was on its own side, not the enemy's. This is an advantage that we do not have in the war of demographic conquest being waged against us by Mexico.

It's not just that the government refuses to defend American territory. It is actively colluding with the invaders. Appallingly, the Border Patrol has been tipping off the Mexican government regarding the positions of volunteer border patrol groups including the Minutemen and Friends of the Border Patrol, effectively helping Mexicans to avoid them during incursions over our border.

The idea is supposedly that we need to assure Mexico's corrupt regime that the "rights" of drug-smugglers and illegal aliens are being preserved as they break into our country. Also, according to a Border Patrol spokesman, the government wants to change Mexico's perception of the Minutemen as "vigilantes." But where would anyone get the idiotic notion that patriotic citizens peacefully assisting in the defense of their country's borders are vigilantes — if not from listening to our President?

Says Minuteman founder Chris Simcox:

Now we know why it seemed like Mexican officials knew where we were all the time. ... It's unbelievable that our own government agency is sending intelligence to another country. They are sending intelligence to a nation where corruption runs rampant, and that could be getting into the hands of criminal cartels. They just basically endangered the lives of American people.

This goes beyond the negligence and irresponsibility that has long characterized our government's approach to fulfilling its fundamental duty of defending the border. We are breezing past dereliction on our way to straightforward treason.

The problem isn't with the agents out in the field, but with the bureaucrats who give them their orders; orders that sometimes include ignoring invasion sightings called in by the Minutemen. According to T.J. Bonner, President of a union that represents over 10,000 of them, Border Patrol agents have been complaining for years about the Mexican consulate's influence over their agency. Said Bonner:

It worries me [that the Mexican government] seems to be unduly influencing our enforcement policies. That's not a legitimate role for any foreign nation.

That's putting it mildly — especially considering that Mexico is for all intents and purposes at war with the United States.

But there's more. The Minuteman National Blog notes that the Border Patrol bureaucracy has been passing along to Mexico intelligence on Minuteman activities in places as far from the border as Illinois and Massachusetts. As the blog notes:

That is not a report on the location of Minutemen at the border, but political intelligence from our government to a foreign nation about the activities of American citizens petitioning our own government for redress of grievances.

The whole border situation smells worse every day. One thing has become crystal clear: our government is not acting in our country's best interest.

Bush and Vicente Fox are both part of the Global Ruling Elite. To them, there are no American Citizens, and No Mexican Illegals, just peasants.

If the GOP Congress can't secure the borders, I propose 'A Day Without Conservatives,' to remind them of the contributions conservatives make to their party. On this day, Conservatives will not demonstrate, but will simply stay home with our families and shirk our civic responsibilities. I suggest November 7th would be a good day.

You forgot to mention 1812. But I think we can let you off; everyone has a bad day once in a while.

A day without conservatives? You want to send them a message, not destroy the entire economy... ;)

check that picture out, I got that from immigrationwatchdog.com

Needless to say, Mexico is challenging our soverienty. The response should be a couple of our largest nuclear weapons detonated over Mexico city and Guadalajara(sp?) to pound home the message, the war of 1848 is unfinished business.
