No Illegal Alien Left Behind

The immigration bill currently in the Senate truly sticks a finger in the eye of anyone who is in this country legally. Among its obsequious provisions: it would make illegal residents eligible for in-state tuition at public colleges and universities.
Since we're not supposed to call the bill "amnesty," maybe we should follow the advice of Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and call it "No Illegal Alien Left Behind." As Sessions observed:
This means that while American citizens from Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Massachusetts have to pay out-of-state tuition rates if they send their kids to the University of Virginia or the University of Alabama, people who have illegally immigrated into the country do not. How much sense does that make, to have people here illegally and they have more benefits than those who are here legally?
Speaking of benefits, the invaders were also to be eligible for financial aid, though it appears the Senate may have been shamed into stripping that provision out.
