Muslim Road Rage

The Religion of Peace has helped to inspired yet another stirring example of civic benevolence at the University of North Carolina, where one Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar ran over nine people to "avenge the deaths of Muslims around the world."

Taheri-azar rented an SUV for the task so as to inflict maximum injury. A Jeep Grand Cherokee was chosen because with its four-wheel drive it could "run things over and keep going."

Although Taheri-azar is a native of Iran, he is believed to have spent most of his life in the USA, assimilating into Western culture as smoothly as Muslims have been doing in Europe.

At the end of his Islamic crime spree, Taheri-azar courteously called 911 and turned himself in. He told a judge he plans to represent himself and is "thankful for the opportunity to spread the will of Allah."

Needless to say, if characters like Taheri-azar are spreading the will of Allah, civilization can be thankful that Allah isn't real.

I don't know if anyone remembers that UNC had a requirement for the incoming class of August 2002 that they had to study the Koran, "The religion of Peace." Then they were subjected to a political indoctrination on the subject. I guess the point was, less than a year after 9/11, all Islamists are not bad camel-humpers.
My son was enrolled in that starting class. He stopped by my house after registration that August with a copy of the Koran and a CD of muslim religious chants (Allah's greatest hits). He said the lectures were basic far-left politically-correct mumbo-jumbo.
Move the clock ahead almost four years to March 2006, the location is the "Pit" at UNC. Some of the students sitting in the "Pit," enjoying the day were students who had to study and endure the lectures about the "religion of peace."
I get the feeling there are students at UNC who are looking for extra large comodes to flush the koran and remnats of the political indoctrination.

Now this would not be the same John Conyers whose web site is also in Arabic, would it? The same John Conyers who uses tax dollars to produce that web site?
Don't tell me there are not enemies within. John Conyers, Jay Rockefeller, Dick Dubin, all cut from the same prayer rug.

Van,

If we drew a cartoon of this guy, would there be riots? After all, his name is Mohammed? ;-)

Eneils,

Is this true? Or a left-wing barb at the right? It seems to stretch the limits of credulity.

If true, would you post links for us?

Thanks!

BTW--Moonbattery has consistently written one of the best blogs out here. Many thanks!
