Muslim Conquest Hits Snag in Australia
Posted by Dave Blount at February 7, 2006 12:27 PM
Universal dhimmitude is proceeding behind schedule in Australia, thanks to the government of Prime Minister John Howard.
Peter Costello, Treasurer and possible successor to Howard, went on national television to let Muslims know they are going to have to accept Australia as a secular state whose laws are made by Parliament, not some pedophile brigand from the Dark Ages:
If you can't agree with parliamentary law, independent courts, democracy, and would prefer Sharia law and have the opportunity to go to another country which practises it, perhaps, then, that's a better option.
Education Minister Brendan Nelson is on the same page:
Basically, people who don't want to be Australians, and they don't want to live by Australian values and understand them, well then they can basically clear off.
Howard himself had this to say:
You won't change the minds of people who are hardened fanatics and hardened extremists. You have to identify them and take measures to ensure that they don't become a problem.
Asked if Australia would "get inside" mosques and schools to root out support for terrorism, Howard's response was, "Yes, to the extent necessary."
Kudos to the Aussies for making it clear they will not accept this or this or this:

Meanwhile, Mehmet Saral of the Affinity Intercultural Foundation, an Islamic youth organization, sniveled to the press that Muslims feel victimized by Australian resistance to dhimmitude. The group has tastefully scheduled a conference for September 11.
