Chirac Chooses Dhimmitude Over Freedom of Speech

It's certainly not surprising, yet I can't help but feel disappointed: Jacques Chirac has condemned the mild Danish cartoons that Islamists have used as a pretext to see how far they can push the West down the road to subjugation.

Reprinting the cartoons represents an "overt provocation" in the eyes of the cringing dhimmi Chirac. "I condemn all manifest provocation that might dangerously fan passions," the French President whimpered.

This is getting ridiculous. Sorry, did I say "getting?"

I meant "is and has been" ridiculous.

all of us bloggers need to get together and set up an international "moHAMmed cartoon day"

I think that would be great. If you spineless media and pc whitehouse won't stand up for free press, speech and expression, then I say we ought to....In defiance of the Islamo-fascists.

G-d knows I'd do it. just a thought.

//Rant off.

p.s. - your blog kicks a**. I'm on here every day.

Pat Buchanan, whom I also consider a moonbat, was on Sean Hannity's show yesterday, siding with the Islamists against free speech and advocating dhimmitude, i.e. blaming the editors of the Danish newspaper for their "stupidity" and "insensitivity" to Muslims.

Pat Buchanan agrees more often with Jacques Chirac than George Bush lately.
