Bryant Gumball Still Likes the Taste of His Shoe

You would think that sports would be a haven where we could get a breather from obnoxious race-baiting moonbattery. But not with Bryant Gumbel involved. Here's what he had to say about the Winter Olympics on HBO's Real Sports:

So try not to laugh when someone says these are the world's greatest athletes, despite a paucity of blacks that makes the Winter Games look like a GOP convention.

What does he want, affirmative action for ice skaters? Actually, if the Winter Games did look like a GOP convention, we'd be seeing pictures like this:

The Turin Olympics have looked more like a Democratic than a Republican convention:

I am awaiting Gumble interviewing Lynn Swann on his Republican run for the PA governorship. Bryan will be totally owned and shown to be a fool.

As for the Olympics, too bad not more like the Hellenistic Greecian Olympics in which wars would stop for the games. Instead we stop the Games for wars.

I am a simple-minded person. BG just wanted his shot at the Republican Party. He had to do it in the context of his "sports show", otherwise he would appear to be a partisan. What a reprehensible BASTARD.

Ironically Condi used to be a competitive figure skater in her youth.

Iran hosts a "self-destruction seminar" for would-be splodeydopes:

"Our martyrdom-seekers are our nuclear weapons," said Abbasi, the event's main speaker.

One wonders which of these lucky fellas go by the nicknames "Fat Man" and "Little Boy".

After his speech, about 50 students filled out membership applications.

Relevant Work Experience: "Frequent explosions of irrational and impotent rage."

Here's a photo of Gumbel at a Klan rally in Turin.

As always, turnaround:

What if Jim Lampley, or the robotic Bob Costas (or, in the old glory days of ABC's magnificent decades-long Olympic Games coverage, Jim McKay) had observed on-air that the Summer Games just plain have too many black people?

Bryant Gumbel has always been an egotistical blowhard but this latest is unacceptable.
