Ambulance Chasing Suffers a Setback

The $10 million lawsuit alleging that a flying shrimp at a Japanese steakhouse caused a man's death has been rejected, despite claims on the part of the dead guy's relatives that a Benihana chef ignored their pleas to stop tossing shrimp at them.
