W Prevents Sean Penn From Giving Up Cigarettes
Is no aspect of human existence safe from W's nefarious influence? Hollywood moonbat Sean Penn reports that our sinister President won't let him quit smoking.
At a Bush-bashing festival in Sacramento that also featured the sainted Ditch Witch, Penn declared that what with the War on Terror and all, "It makes it very difficult to quit smoking under this administration."
