Saddam's Mass Graves
Anyone who seriously doesn't understand what we have accomplished in Iraq is encouraged to visit The Massgraves. The site features hundreds of pictures of what our troops have been putting an end to, over the strenuous objections of the Democratic Party and its media friends.
A few examples:

This is what Cindy Sheehan's "freedom fighters" are blowing up innocent civilians in an effort to reinstate. But of course, no one would want to question her absolute moral authority.
Hat tip: It's a Matter of Opinion

You're a bigot and a racist for saying that!
...hmmm...
Just wanted to break the ice before guilty white liberals and their communist cousins start shouting at you for your excellent posting.

Shocking and tragic. Thank you for posting this. It's important that we all stay focused on why we're in Iraq, and the terror we've helped prevent.

I am truly speechless, and this ignites the fire inside me to continue to expose the liberal's crappy lies.
How in the world can they call themselves 'Do-gooders'? How can they look at this and call the terrorists 'freedom fighters'! How can the members of the U.N. be in cohoots with Sadam (Oil for food scandal), while this is going on! Then screw around with us for a year so Sadam could hide his weapons before approving us going into Iraq.( The libs whined about us not giving diplomacy more of a chance.. that is laughable).
We are the TRUE Freedom fighters. Our military is not like 'Hitler'.. WE DON'T storm houses and rape and pillage women and children. Our military men should be 'hailed' around the world as 'victorious men of valor'.. Noble men and women who freed these people from this meniacle, hitler...
Durbin should be charged with treason and SHOULD HAVE STEPPED DOWN when he compared our military to hitlers' regime. Republican's in congress have stepped down for saying things that pale in comparison to what Durbin and Murtha and all those idiots have said.
What about Murtha's recent comment?? HOW CAN THEY BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS? Why aren't the republicans demanding he step down?

I'm speaking without any real knowledge of the subject here, so take this with a bucket or two of salt, but the bodies in #4 look fairly recent to me, as in less than a few years old. They may well have been killed and buried just before - or even after - the allied invasion. But, like I said, not my field...
Posted by: Archonix at January 6, 2006 12:20 PM
Archonix, it's not my field either, but you might be right, although desert climates can slow decomposition. In any case, if these people died since the liberation, it wasn't Americans who killed them. This is more the style of the Baathists who want to put Saddam back in power. So it is still an example of what we are fighting to end.

I am numb...this is suffering and horror beyond what we even thought of the Holocaust.
The only consolation they have is closure...
Still speechless with tears.

A worthwhile response to liberals who echo George Clooney's "“Yes, I'm a liberal, and I'm sick of it being a bad word. I don't know at what time in history liberals have stood on the wrong side of social issues."
Liberals think Iraq was better off Saddam in power. (Just as they thought that Vietnam was better under Ho Chi Minh, Cambodia was better off under Pol Pot, Russia was better off under Stalin, Cuba is better off under Castro). If liberals had their way, the mass graves would still be being filled.

What the heck is wrong with you dude? I support our wonderful, murdering troops, but we all know that the Iraqis were better off under Father Saddam.
Oh hell. I take that back. I can't even joke about this. Massive sense of humor failure.

Liberals CAN do some good in the world.
How?
Every last one needs to travel to Iran as human shields...
Posted by: Doug at January 6, 2006 2:18 PM
VH, that was kind of my point. The state of the bodies puts the lie to the idea that Saddam might have been "reformed" or otherwise given up his murderous nature in between the end of the previous war and now. And if they died since the invasion, it shows that the people the left are supporting are just as bad.
Posted by: Archonix at January 6, 2006 3:01 PM
Truth be told, Archonix, if the MSM would only report on what the "freedom fighters" (choke, bleck, spitooey) do to Iraqis, it WOULD show what the left is supporting.
It's not about reality, I have found.
It's about agenda and the US military and the Iraqi people be damned.

These pix are all fakes of course, drummed up by Cheney for the Bush Admin by his Halliburton pals, to make another excuse for invading Iraq and perpetuating the war, which we can't win anyway.
Oh, and the Holocaust was faked, too.

God forgive me, but that was meant to be sarcasm. I am NOT a Sheehanite!
Unspeakable horror this is. And so we shouldn't have even deposed Saddam on these grounds alone?

V of K,
Excellent point.
Apparently Jorge was drinking kool-aid when giving the interview. But what else is new with guilty white liberals.

Read it and Weep, Moonbats. Saddam really did run terrorist training camps.
THE FORMER IRAQI REGIME OF Saddam Hussein trained thousands of radical Islamic terrorists from the region at camps in Iraq over the four years immediately preceding the U.S. invasion, according to documents and photographs recovered by the U.S. military in postwar Iraq. The existence and character of these documents has been confirmed to THE WEEKLY STANDARD by eleven U.S. government officials...
Although, I realize moonbats like Junior and Byrdie think this doesn't apply to them, because they live in the world where pre-war Iraq was a happy land of peaceful, kite-flying children under a benevolent Saddam who was never a threat to anyone. We who live in the real world however are vindicated once again.

Thank you for sharing that very sad, but important link. I've posted on the mass graves and repeated the account of the young children, including a small boy, still holding a ball in his hands. Dozens were shot execution style with a bullet to the back of the head.
Photos make the real nature of this evil all the more compelling.
I read a comment today that Bush was to blame for the hundred plus deaths from attacks that took place in Iraq recently. If that's true, then those who opposed this liberation are responsible for the hundreds of thousands, perhaps a million that were lost to the horror of these killing fields.
