Another MSM Journalist Joins Al-Jazz

Helping to explain why it's getting so difficult to distinguish between the MSM's version of the news and the sort of hyperbolic anti-American propaganda disgorged by Al-Jazeera, another MSM journalist, Dave Marash of ABC's "Nightline," has gone to work for Al-Jazz, following the lead of Riz Khan, James Wright, and Kieran Baker of CNN, as well as the British journalist David Frost.

Marash called the terrorist-supporting and evidently terrorist-linked Al-Jazeera "a thoroughly respectable news organization."

The Bush Administration, tasked with defending Americans from the terrorists with whom Al-Jazz clearly has a close working relationship, has a different point of view. Defense Secretary Rumsfeld has denounced Al-Jazz's practice of promoting terrorism by airing beheadings and other al Qaeda videos.

"I think what irritates the Bush Administration is that Al-Jazeera is better sourced than anybody among America's adversaries in the Middle East," says Marash, making it clear that he is aware he is going to work for America's adversaries. The WWII equivalent would be going over to Germany to work for Joseph Goebbels.

Marash made repeated use of the words "nuanced" and "sophisticated" to describe Al-Jazz, confirming that he views it as a platform for spewing liberal-elite bilgewater.

Marash's beard will help him fit in among his new colleagues.

Al Jazeera is a pro-Bush outfit. They have him on the air more than Fox.

In 2004, the Democratic National Convention moved al Jazeera to the back rows.

The GOP gave them a prime location and kow-towed to their every need.

Did I just step in dog shit?

Yup, same old dog shit.

I think it's time to shoot this old dog in the head and puit it out of it's misery.

More bs from the Man on the moon. How do they support terrorism? Since when was showing both sides supporting terrorism? or not bieng patriotic..

Only reason the GOP scum are trying to bash AJ again is because the brits have proven bush was going to bomb there HQ wich is located in a Country that we call a Friend....

Only reason Jr didnt is Blair stopped him.

Dont believe me? do some research Mr. Moonblogger and go read up on the men rotting in Jail right now for breaking that story..

IF you read what they were jailed for, You will see the truth. honestly.. these guys are bieng charged with breaking National Security acts..

So if bush is telling the Truth, Balir just jailed 2 people for no reason other than spreading lies about the Commander in Chief of a country these 2 men dont even belong to, or reside in..

Or you can take logics side, and realize they are jailed for the exact charges described. Leaking Classified information that bush wanted to bomb a nation with no ties to terrorism against America

Huh? Was that English? Nah.

Anyway, on topic - Marash could be filed under Anything For a Buck. What's the salary scale and perk package these days for Benedict Arnolds? Disgusting.

British Uber-Moonbat George Galloway Continues to Be an Ass

The Government's Chief Whip has launched a petition calling on George Galloway to leave the reality show Celebrity Big Brother and return to the job of representing his constituents.
Ms Armstrong's campaign followed an extraordinary performance from Mr Galloway in the Big Brother house. Pretending to be a cat, he purred and licked imaginary cream from the hands of the actress Rula Lenska, as part of one of the "tasks" set for contestants.

Frankly, if I were British, I would be glad he was blowing off Parliament to indulge in self-promotion. It's far less harmful than him practicing politics.

By the way, if anyone can find a picture of him actually drinking the milk from a saucer, I would be in caption-boy heaven.

Odds that this chap will soon be seperated from his head?

You know, if World War II were being fought today, journalists would be jumping ship to join "Third Reich News" and calling it "a thoroughly respectable news organization" and praising the nuanced and sophisticated way it presented the Nazi viewpoint.

Ah, those were different times, my friend. This is just a "lateral move" for this asshat. His dialog will remain the same.

Yeah, al Qaida feels comfy sending tapes to Al Jazeera because AJ is "balanced", or (in the more ludicrous example) "pro-Bush."

Maybe Dan Rather can find work again with this respectable, truth-seeking news organization.
