The Compassion of Partisan Democrats
Ted Hayes is the kind of guy who makes the world around him a better place. His efforts to help the homeless treat not only the symptoms, but the disease that causes them. Democrats don't much seem to appreciate his efforts.
Hayes founded Dome Village, which houses the homeless and also helps them take charge of their lives, so that they won't be needing assistance in the future. They aren't swamped with sanctimonious pity or exploited for political purposes, but helped to fix their broken lives:
The Dome Village's philosophy of self-governance, responsibility, productivity, volunteerism and respect for individuals and the community right where they are, allows avenues for homeless people to seek empowerment and make a break from the chronic cycle and psyche of homelessness.
Unfortunately the project's landlord, Kerry donor Milton Sidley, discovered that Hayes is a Republican, apparently from this article in the LA Times. He reacted by increasing the rent by over 630%.
In explanation of the rent increase, Sidley reportedly declared, "This Democrat is tired of supporting Ted and his Dome Village."
Unless Hayes can come up with a fortune, the people he has helped will soon be back on the street. But at least no one will be poisoning their minds with sinister concepts like personal responsibility.

Ted Hayes isn't the government.
His private enterprise actually gets the homeless into productive lives.
That's why these Donks want him out of business.

One badass dude...
Like the US flag tucked into his sash/belt. Notice he also wears a Star of David pendant.
The Lefties heads are exploding!
For Christmas, let's send him a gift. He truly deserves one.

Ted Hayes is doing the right thing. His organisation is giving all these people a hand up to become whole human beings again. Where is the PayPal button?
To Mr. Sidley, thou art Scrooge sir!
